What This Site Is
Countdown City SA is an independent online guide to events and things to do in San Antonio, Texas. It brings together countdowns to the city's big annual dates, a month-by-month seasonal events calendar, a venue guide, visitor guides and articles on food, music, sports and family activities.
The site is written for two groups: San Antonio locals looking for something to do this weekend or this season, and visitors planning a first trip to the Alamo City. From Fiesta San Antonio and the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo to Spurs games at the Frost Bank Center and shows at the Majestic Theatre, we explain what each event is, when it usually happens, and how to plan for it.
We do not sell tickets, organize events or book tours. Event details can change, so every listing should be confirmed with the official organizer before you go. If you spot something out of date, please let us know through the contact page.
Independent site: Countdown City SA is not affiliated with or endorsed by Fiesta San Antonio Commission, the San Antonio Spurs, the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo, any venue, or the City of San Antonio. Names of events, teams and venues are used for identification only.
